"We recently hosted a KKI Talks session on Compliance Awareness Day. Keynote speaker Wendy Addison , founder and CEO of SpeakOut SpeakUp Ltd, shared valuable learnings based on her own experiences, including the psychological conflict of speaking up, the importance of doing so as early as possible, and the challenge for leaders to listen up.

Following the session, across Kyowa Kirin, we feel even more empowered to drive forwards our three key compliance messages:

1. Always do the right thing, even when no one else is looking.
2. Speak up when you have concerns or feel uncomfortable.
3. Stop and consult when things don’t feel right, or you are unsure.
